Keg sizes
Not sure what size keg you need? As a general rule of thumb, plan for about one serving per guest attending your event. It’s a simple starting point to help estimate how much beer you’ll need.
1/2 Barrel
- ~15.5 gallons
- Serves approximately 150 beers
Best for:
Large gatherings, parties, and events
1/4 Barrel
- ~7.75 gallons
- Serves approximately 75 beers
Best for:
Medium-sized groups and smaller events
1/6 Barrel
- ~5 gallons
- Serves approximately 50 beers
Best for:
Small gatherings or trying multiple styles
