A very light, delicately-hopped Saison. We added the Brut enzyme in order to dry this beer out completely and really showcase the saison yeast profile. The yeast lends a banana and light citrus character, with very little of the phenolics that can be present in Belgian styles.
A full bodied, very dark brown, porter made with YCH's 2018 Veteran's Blend. There are strong aromas and flavors of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, brown sugar, and roasted malts. A smooth hop bitterness balances with the malt and finishes nicely.
Our ESB turned out a little dark so we are calling it the ESBB. A mild hop aroma with a pleasant chocolatey note hits you first. This is a very smooth, medium-bodied beer. Flavor consists of chocolate, coffee, light pine, and a touch of peppery spice. The head has a very fine, creamy lace to it.
