Seasonal Beer

A full bodied, very dark brown, porter made with YCH's 2018 Veteran's Blend. There are strong aromas and flavors of chocolate, coffee, vanilla, brown sugar, and roasted malts. A smooth hop bitterness balances with the malt and finishes nicely.

A medium bodied Imperial IPA that allows the strong hop bitterness, citrus flavors and aromas to shine. Dry hopping with Cascade, Chinook, Warrior, Summit, and Zythos gives the beer pleasant citrus flavors of orange and lemon.

A hopped-up American style barleywine that was brewed in late-January 2019. It has a rich palate with flavors of toffee, caramel, honey, pine, and vanilla. Caramel malts add a nice malty backbone which balances nicely with the hops. It was designed to be aged up to several years and the flavors will change dramatically over that time.

This is our Stout but we added an enzyme to ferment more of the sugars, to make the a drier, less sweet version of our Stout. The alcohol content is also higher at about 6.2%

They are light and refreshing, low-carb, and gluten free.
